Castle Bay was founded in 2016. After over 10 years of leading a team of 30 contractors, Kevin was convinced that there had to be a way to improve the homeowner's experience during the renovation process. With more than 20 years of hands-on construction project management in medium to high-end residential design and construction, Kevin has been instrumental in helping people realize their dreams for their home makeovers.

Assembling the right team is crucial for the successful completion of any project. From foundation to finishing, from exterior to interior, and from design to development, I work with an extensive network of trusted professionals for services including underpinning, demolition, framing, roofing, windows and doors, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, flooring, tiling, carpentry, and millwork.
